Dario Bianchini graduated in Law in Padua University in 1989. He has been a member of the Venice Bar since 1992 and qualified to practise before the Supreme Courts since 2005.
His career started in Studio Legale Morelli in Venice and he worked with other colleagues until estabilishing his own law firm in 2005.
He is on the board of directors of various corporations.
He is also a member of the board of the Venice Centro Universitario Sportivo (CUS – University Sports Centre). From 2004 to 2008 he was a member of the Sports Council of the Municipality of Venice.
He is on the Board of Governors of Care & Share, an association dedicated to schooling, literacy and women’s empowerment in India.
He served his military service as a Navy Officer.
Dario speaks and writes fluently in English, has conversational written and spoken German and has achieved A3 level certification in French.
He has acted as sole arbitrator, as an arbitrator on panels and as counsel in arbitrations.
He has researched copyright issues, particularly with reference to new media.
He worked as Adjunct Professor of copyright law for the Master’s in Cinematography at Ca’ Foscari University.
